Annual General Meeting

The Edmonton Rosenthal Community Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2025 will be held on Thursday, May 22, 2025 starting a 7:00 PM. This meeting will take place at Michael Phair School (9407 211 ST NW, Edmonton, AB). Doors will open at 6:30 PM.

This is a fantastic chance to learn more about what the league does, ask questions, share your thoughts, and find out how you can get more involved—whether that’s volunteering or stepping into a leadership role. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend!

We’ll have refreshments and snacks available, and all attendees will be entered into a draw to win gift cards from local businesses and 2025–2026 Family Memberships.

As part of the AGM, we’ll be holding nominations and elections for the ERCL Board of Directors. Several positions are available this year as some members finish their terms or move on to new opportunities. We’re looking forward to welcoming new voices and fresh ideas to the team. You can find details about all available positions here.

The agenda, past meeting minutes and audited financials can also be found below.

Per the league's bylaws, if a quorum is not reached within one-half (½) hour of the meeting start, we will proceed with the members present to ensure a productive gathering.
